By downloading, installing, or using DeliveryRoute (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the App.
DeliveryRoute is a delivery route optimization application that allows users to plan, organize, and navigate routes with multiple stops. The App uses mapping and geolocation services to provide directions and time estimates.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must not use the App while driving; a co-pilot or a securely mounted device should operate the App.
The App offers free and paid plans (Pro and Expert). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically according to the selected period. You may cancel automatic renewal from your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to: (a) use the App for illegal activities, (b) attempt to access other users' accounts, (c) interfere with the operation of the App, (d) reverse-engineer the software, (e) resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, code, trademarks, and content, belong to DeliveryRoute. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
Routes, estimated times, and directions provided by the App are approximations based on third-party data (Google Maps, Stadia Maps / Valhalla routing engine, Apple MapKit). We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of this information. You should always follow traffic signs and current road regulations. DeliveryRoute is not responsible for navigation errors.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeliveryRoute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication in the App. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability. You may delete your account at any time from the profile section.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the user's country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
